          It's weird that a penalty for failure to perform was help other people by sending SMS for any foundation. As i learned, "IBCh" was created in the America. It had to be that nominated person had to send SMS or money for any foundation what helps people who are suffering from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis . And if somebody didn't do that then had to to pour out upon himself a bucket of icy water to feel this what these sick people feel. It had to be so. But somebody changed this, and now people pour out upon themself a water spite of that they even don't know why. 

There a penalty has to be feeling icy water, not sending some money what will help other people.

People just do it because it's "cool".

How did they change a story of that goal?

Maybe it will get back to that original idea.

Before doing something like that, firstly we should think if it has any sense.
